How does the coffee subscription work?

Each month, we curate a unique coffee from a different country around the world. You select your roast preference, grind type, and frequency, and we deliver fresh-roasted beans along with a postcard and brewing tips directly to your door.

When is my coffee roasted and shipped?

To ensure maximum freshness, our coffee is roasted to order. Your batch is typically roasted within 24-48 hours of your scheduled ship date and sent via standard shipping, arriving within 3-7 business days.

Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard without any hidden fees.

What is the difference between the roast profiles?

We offer Light-to-Medium, Medium-to-Dark, or All Roast profiles. Light-to-Medium roasts typically highlight fruity and floral notes, while Medium-to-Dark roasts emphasize chocolatey, nutty, and bold flavors.

Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can choose 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness if you have a grinder at home, or select 'Ground' if you prefer your coffee ready for a standard drip coffee maker.

What is your return policy for coffee products?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
